What if kids did not have to wait until they grew up to make a difference? That question is becoming something much bigger for the three brothers behind Kids Can Inspire. What started as a social media page built around encouragement, faith, perspective, and doing good is now becoming an opportunity to help other children in a very tangible way. This Christmas, Kids Can Inspire is partnering with Nourish to help provide meals for children in Nicaragua as part of a larger $300,000 year-end campaign. The goal is big: help fully fund thirty local church partners serving approximately 1,000 children in 2026. And for the boys, the heart behind it is simple. Kids can help kids.

What Is Kids Can Inspire?

Kids Can Inspire is a growing social media community centered around three brothers sharing encouragement, faith, humor, perspective, and simple reminders that people of any age can make a difference. But as the community has grown, so has the question of what to do with the influence that comes with it. Instead of simply asking how many people they can reach, the boys are beginning to ask a different question: how much good can we do? That question is now becoming part of their biggest project yet.

Helping Feed Children in Nicaragua

Across Nicaragua, Nourish partners with local churches that faithfully care for children and families in their own communities, and meals are an important part of that care. For many children, consistent access to nourishing food can support healthy growth, development, school participation, and overall well-being. As Nourish prepares for 2026, thirty local church partners remain underfunded, and together those churches serve approximately 1,000 children. Closing that gap will require $300,000, and that is the need Kids Can Inspire is stepping into alongside churches, organizations, businesses, families, and donors across the country.

A Kid-Sized Gift Can Still Make a Huge Difference

One of the reasons the boys connected so strongly with the campaign is how simple the impact can be. Every $1 helps provide a nourishing meal for a child in Nicaragua, which means making a difference does not require having a huge platform, a huge bank account, or a complicated plan. A child can give a few dollars. A family can provide meals together. A classroom can set a goal. A church can rally an entire congregation. A business can use what it already creates. And thousands of small acts of generosity can add up to something enormous. That is the lesson at the center of Kids Can Inspire: you do not have to be grown up to start doing good.

From Social Media to Real-World Impact

Social media can make numbers feel important: followers, views, likes, shares. But those numbers become much more meaningful when they lead to something beyond the screen. For Kids Can Inspire, the opportunity to help provide meals for children has created a new way to think about what a platform can be used for. A video can encourage someone. A post can remind someone of their faith. And a community of people paying attention can come together to meet a real need. The goal is not simply to raise awareness, it is to turn awareness into action.

When Creativity Becomes Generosity

That idea is already creating new opportunities. SAVD, a clothing brand, is partnering with the boys on a special project that will allow them to help create a shirt connected to the mission. For three kids, designing a shirt would already be exciting, but designing something that can help other children changes what the project means. A T-shirt becomes more than something to wear, it becomes a way to invite another person into the story, and it shows that generosity can come from what you already love doing. Artists can create. Businesses can give. Athletes can rally teammates. Kids can use social media. Churches can fill Christmas trees. Everyone has something they can bring.

An Ornament That Saves Lives

Kids Can Inspire is only one part of a much larger Christmas effort. Across the country, churches and organizations are also participating in Nourish Giving Trees. Each Giving Tree begins with branches waiting to be filled, and as gifts are made, ornaments featuring children from Nourish’s partner churches are placed on the tree. Financial partners can take home a matching ornament with a child’s photo, name, and personal prayer. As the tree fills with children’s faces, it becomes a picture of what can happen when a community decides to act together. The Giving Trees, online gifts, business partnerships, and the Kids Can Inspire fundraiser are all working toward the same goal: helping close the $300,000 funding gap for thirty local church partners and approximately 1,000 children.

Kids Helping Kids

There is something especially powerful about a child realizing another child needs help. The distance between countries suddenly feels smaller. A child in the United States may not understand a $300,000 funding gap, but they understand another kid being hungry. They understand having a favorite meal. They understand what it feels like when someone cares about them. And they understand the excitement of realizing: I can actually do something. That realization is at the heart of this campaign. Kids do not have to solve every problem, they just need an opportunity to participate. Sometimes that means giving. Sometimes it means praying. Sometimes it means creating something. Sometimes it means telling other people. And sometimes one child deciding to help inspires thousands of other people to join them.

How Much Good Can We Do Together?

The boys behind Kids Can Inspire have a big goal for this Christmas, but the real goal is larger than any one fundraising number. It is to see what can happen when people stop assuming someone else will make the difference: when kids help kids, when businesses use what they have, when churches rally their communities, when families decide generosity will be part of their Christmas, when one person’s small gift joins thousands of others. Thirty local church partners. Approximately 1,000 children. A $300,000 need. And a growing community asking one simple question: how much good can we do together?
