Why Nicaragua?

Nicaragua’s children in need face challenges beyond their control: economic fragility, household instability, limited access to clean water, medical facilities, and security. We identify these children as “highly vulnerable” because they bear the impact of forces they cannot influence – natural disasters, global food crises, economic fluctuations, and regional migration patterns. These systemic challenges directly impact childhood hunger and create inconsistent family income, making our local church partnerships essential for their survival and transformational development.
